About Us

The English Deaf Golf Association (EDGA) has served as the governing body of amateur golf for both Deaf men and women in England since it was founded in 1982. EDGA was one of the founders of the World Deaf Golf Federation in the early 1990s. EDGA is the oldest National Deaf Golf body in the world. We are very privileged with our history in Deaf Golf world.
The EDGA is one of the leading golf governing bodies in England looking after the interests of around 200 members with all levels of hearing loss and deafness. It is a non-profit organisation run for the benefit of the game and its players.
